Cory Henry is a singer and multi-instrumentalist who is mainly known for returning the glorious Hammond B-3 organ to the spotlight. This has already earned him several Grammy Awards. Henry started playing at just age 2. They already called him "Master Henry" at age 5 for his ability to accompany any song in any key on the Hammond organ, and he played at the Apollo Theater a year later. At North Sea Jazz, he performed his first concerts as a member of Snarky Puppy, but left the band in 2018 to focus even more on his solo projects. He had already performed at the festival with his own band The Funk Apostles in 2016 and 2017, turning Congo and Maas halls into big, groovy parties with his jazz, gospel, funk, and pop. Since his last performance in Rotterdam, Henry has released no fewer than four albums, so he’ll have enough material to set Ahoy on fire again
