The Paul Tintelnot Quartet, based around Hanover pianist Tintelnot, plays acoustic swinging music with a modern edge. Their originals are defined by soulful melodies, intricate grooves and intense improvisation. Drawing inspiration from artists like Joshua Redman and Kenny Garrett, their repertoire focuses on a blend of blues and bebop with contemporary jazz elements. Having formed during their Codarts studies, the band is now ready to take their music to the big stage.
