In addition to his regular performance at the festival, London-based Joe Armon-Jones is also planning to set the roof on fire with his DJ set. Mostly known as a songwriter, keyboardist and producer, Armon-Jones is an integral part of the current UK jazz club scene, releasing music as a solo artist and also as part of the influential Ezra Collective. He also knows his way around a turntable, combining varied styles such as jazz, dub, hip hop, funk and soul, thus threading together a potent mixture of musical influences.
