There’s no doubt she is one of the highlights of the festival: Diana Ross! At this edition, that is filled with superstars as it is, the diva of all divas takes the crown. Just 78 years young, she can boast a catalogue that is filled with nothing but hits. These stretch across many decades, and also many genres. Since her great Motown successes with the unforgettable Supremes (Baby Love, Stop! In the Name of Love) La Ross has continued to reinvent her image. Visually speaking, she continues to be one of the most glamorous presences in pop history with her spectacular outfits and charisma that fills stadiums to the brim. Her record boss Berry Gordy rightfully crowned her Queen of Motown, but even in the eighties, after Motown, she also scored hit after hit: Upside Down, I'm Coming Out, My Old Piano, Chain Reaction. This past November saw the release of her first new album in fifteen years: Thank You.
