Guido van Dieren and Onno Post, better known as DJs Thelonious & Onno Paloma, are regular guests at North Sea Jazz, where they played several, varied sets before. This year, the duo presents one of their musical passions: jazz music from Afrika and African influences in jazz. This should result in a swinging set containing classic township jazz and Afrobeat as well as music with African influences, ranging from Art Blakey to hip new bands such as Sons of Kemet.
