Dianne Reeves is one of the world’s leading jazz vocalists. She uses her sublime vocal technique, and improvisational prowess and courage to produce a unique blend of jazz and R&B. Reeves has won no fewer than five Grammy Awards in her career. This year her latest album Beautiful Life won the award for Best Jazz Vocal Album. The recording is her first in five years and features Gregory Porter, Robert Glasper and Esperanza Spalding as special guests. Reeves has performed on stage and recorded with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra. In addition, she has worked with legendary producer Arif Mardin (Norah Jones, Aretha Franklin) and she shared the stage with Lizz Wright and Angelique Kidjo in Sing The Truth, a tribute to Nina Simone. Reeves has performed at the White House on multiple occasions, including President Obama's State Dinner for the President of China.
