Jamie Cullum is a popular artist at the North Sea Jazz Festival. The British singer and pianist has appeared at the festival regularly since his breakthrough second album,Twentysomething. His debut performance in 2004 is already regarded as legendary. In a short space of time, Cullum has developed from a lighthearted interpreter into a mature composer, producer and arranger. He is a considerable TV star in his ownc ountry, due in part to various jazz documentaries. In addition, Cullum has his own radio show on BBC Radio 2, England's most popular radio station. On his new album Cullum continues the direction he took on its predecessor,The Pursuit, and alongside jazz, he explores the path of the singer-songwriter. Cullum's band in Rotterdam will have the same lineup with which he recorded all songs on his new album Momentum that will be released this year.
