Having won numerous awards and competitions at home, the Leeds University Big Band is considered one of the best big bands in the North of England. Recently, the band recorded their first studio album and appeared on television. Also, they performed with well-known guest artists such as jazz singer Liane Carroll. Their performance at the North Sea Jazz Festival is part of their second European tour this year.
