Ari Deelderhas been a dj since 2009. Besides spinning records at parties and exhibitions, for the last few years she made a regular item on Dutch station Radio 6: Deelder Draait Door, part of radioshow Winfried Draait Door. There, one of her colleagues is Cathelijne Beijn, who has been a music compiler and producer for that and other Radio 6 programs for years (Weekend Winfried, Radio 6 Presents, Co Live!). She also presents a weekly program, Thelonious, at Rotterdam station Radio Rijnmond. With DJ Ben Penn, the two ladies made radioshow Red Light Radio together. At North Sea Jazz, they combine forces for a joint set of, as they put it, rock 'n roll, exotica, jazz and much more.
