Charlie Haden can also rightly be called a legend. The bassist can boast are volutionary past - with his Liberation Music Orchestra - and has certainly not done away with it. He also made a number of records with Ornette Coleman, one of the founders of free jazz. Last year, Haden released a country album to pay homage to his childhood.
