Gustavo Aguado’s legendary 22 piece salsa orchestra Guaco has existed for almost 30 years. This Venezuelan super band works up the audience with its ‘gaita’ – the speeded up spicy salsa mixed with soca, zouk and funk. This results in a delicious, roughish kind of dance music with drums and guitars. Guaco has recorded a great many albums such as Galopando, Como Era Y Como Es and Equilibrio. After having played exclusively in South-America, the band now performs more and more in North-America and Europe.
