Liquid Spirits is a new collective of musicians and producers who have been around for some time in the Dutch pop and jazz scene, including U-Gene (van U-Gene & Oh-jay), Manuel Hugas (Candy Dulfer) and Wiboud Burkens. The sound of this 7-piece band is best described as hip-hop soul with samples, subsonic basses and soulful vocals.
