The Victor de Boo Trio is formation without set roles. Together drummer Victor de Boo, guitarist Anton Goudsmit and trombonist Wolter Wierbos, three extraordinarily skilful instrumentalists, are playing the game of free improvisation at a high level. Thematical motives and improvisations are closely entwined in compositions, that for the most part are of the hand of De Boo. Guitar, trombone and drums tumble in swinging passages, both jazzy and funky, with surprising twists.
